We are thrilled to share the outstanding achievements of our fencers who competed this weekend at the NKFA May Widowmaker Tournament in Cincinnati. LFC fencers truly made their mark and were a force to be reckoned with.
In the Division II category:
- Josh Turner brought home a silver medal.
- Sean McNary and Julian Koenigsknecht both earned bronze medals.
- Other notable performances included Gordon Saylor, who took 7th place, Dirk Martin, who took 17th, and Ross McNary, who took 19th.
In the Senior Mixed Open:
- Josh Turner doubled down on his performance, not only taking another silver medal but also earning his C24 National rating.
- Special shoutout to Julian, Gordon, Dirk, and Ross, who placed 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th respectively.
